This is the counted cross stitch kit of the pictured design entitled "The Princess And The Pea" from the Classics range by DMC - Code K5521.  The design size is approximately 8 x 10" (20 x 25.5cm).  The wording on this design reads:

 "Now they knew she was a real princess, since she had felt the pea through twenty mattresses and twenty eiderdown quilts.  Only a real princess could be so sensitive!"
