This is the counted cross stitch kit of the pictured design from the Classics range by DMC (Code K5473) entitled "Pink Iris".  The design was inspired by a design from the Medici archive and the size is approximately 8 x 10" (20 x 25.5cm) on 14 count aida.  The kit contains:
