This is the no count cross stitch kit for the pictured design by Peter Kull from Dimensions (Code number 39008) entitled "Midnight Eyes".  With no count cross stitch the design outline is printed onto the fabric - all you have to do is stitch in the correct colour for each area.  The design size is approximately 14 x 11" (36 x 28cm) at 14 count.  The kit contains:
