This is the counted cross stitch kit of the pictured design from the Classics Range by DMC - Code K5411 - entitled "Guy Fawkes".  The design size is approximately 8 x 10" (20 x 25cm).  The wording reads:

"(Around the outside - left, top and right) Remember remember the fifth of November, The gunpowder treason and plot, We see no reason why gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.  (Next to the picture of Guy Fawkes) On 5th November 1605 Guy Fawkes and 12 others conspired to blow up the parliament, the king and his lords.  (Along the bottom) 1605-2005 - 400 years celebration."
