This is the counted cross stitch kit of the pictured design from Design Works (code number 2300) entitled "Celtic Angels".  The design size is approximately 14 x 18" (35.5  x 45.5cm) at 14 count.  The wording on the scroll that the angles are holding reads:

"May the road rise up to meet you.  May the wind be always at your back.  May the sun shine warm upon your face."
